About ELS Series

ELS modules package a servo motor, ballscrew, linear guide and controller within a compact electric axis. Different screw leads trade thrust and positioning resolution against travel speed, allowing equipment designers to configure short-stroke motion for tools, sensors, stops and workpiece transfer.

The controller regulates position, speed and push force and communicates directly with a PLC or robot system. Integrated feedback and repeatable motion support pressing, insertion, measurement and positioning steps that would otherwise require a separate actuator, guide and drive. The ELS family comprises the specified 30- and 50-millimetre configurations, while JODELL’s newer linear products sit in separate families.
