About EPG-Flex Series

EPG-Flex is built for manipulation where conventional industrial grippers cannot regulate force low enough for the part. The EPG-FX12-002 combines a 12-millimetre jaw stroke with 0.5–2 newtons of force per finger and ±0.02-millimetre repeatability, giving the controller a narrow, precise operating range for small electronics, laboratory items and fragile components.

The gripper integrates its drive and control electronics in the body and accepts 24-volt power, Modbus RTU over RS-485 and discrete I/O. An automation engineer can set position and force through a PLC or robot programme, confirm the grasp through status feedback and reuse the same end effector across several delicate parts. Its compact format and fast response suit desktop automation, inspection fixtures and high-density assembly cells where pneumatic valves and external regulators would occupy disproportionate space.
