About BUTLERBOT W3

BUTLERBOT W3 uses SLAM navigation, obstacle sensing and building-system integration to travel from a hotel service area to guest rooms. It can call and ride compatible lifts, pass through configured access points and return to charge automatically. Four independently accessible compartments protect meals, amenities and parcels during transport and support several deliveries in one route.

Hotel staff load an assigned compartment and enter the destination. The robot travels to the room, contacts the guest through the hotel or communication interface and opens only the relevant compartment. W3 carries up to approximately 20 kg, operates for around 12 hours and can pass through corridors roughly 70 cm wide, allowing integration into existing properties without a dedicated robot route.
