About Kepler K2

Kepler K2 is the fifth-generation Forerunner humanoid, with a human-scale body, high-torque joint actuation and tactile manipulation options. Kepler lists a height around 178 cm, mass near 85 kg, whole-body control across up to 40 degrees of freedom and approximately 100 TOPS of onboard compute. Kepler also offers a wheeled-base configuration for stable factory mobility.

The platform is intended for manufacturing, logistics, research and hazardous work, with end effectors and mobility selected around the deployment. Cameras, force or tactile sensing and Kepler OS connect perception with task and motion control, while the customer configures the application and surrounding workflow. K2 remains a developing commercial humanoid platform; later configurations expand whole-body control to 52 degrees of freedom beyond the earlier 40-degree-of-freedom specification.
