About Matradee Plus

Matradee Plus is a four-tray mobile service robot with a combined carrying capacity of 88 lb. LiDAR, three-dimensional cameras and SLAM software create a virtual map and plan routes around people and furniture, while the robot travels at up to 3.9 ft/s. Richtech rates battery life at ten hours, with a four-hour recharge.

Staff select serving, bussing, hosting or greeting workflows through the 10.1-inch operating display and assign destination points around the venue. A separate 15.6-inch screen can show branded graphics, menu promotions and other advertising while the robot moves. Richtech Robotics supplies consultation, mapping and deployment support, allowing restaurants, cinemas, senior-living communities and other hospitality operators to use the robot for repeated front-of-house transport.
