About HALO
HALO is MicroVision’s current ultra-thin long-range lidar for automotive and industrial perception. Its software-defined field of view reaches 120 by 39 degrees, with instrumented range up to 312 metres, frame rates from one to 30 hertz and range precision below three centimetres at 50 metres.
The 180-by-110-by-25-millimetre sensor is rated to IP67 with an IP69K optical window. HALO forms the long-range element in MicroVision’s tri-lidar architecture and supports software-defined resolution and scanning patterns for assisted-driving and autonomous systems.
Market context
