About Symani Surgical System
Symani uses two articulated robotic arms carrying NanoWrist microinstruments that reproduce wrist movement at the scale required for vessels and anatomical structures measured in millimetres. The surgeon operates from an open console, with motion scaling and tremor filtering translating hand movement into controlled instrument motion.
The system supports suturing, ligation, anastomosis and dissection in open microsurgical procedures, including lymphatic, reconstructive and peripheral-nerve work. It preserves direct access to the patient while reducing the physical constraints of manual microinstrument handling. MMI supplies the robot, disposable instruments, training and clinical support across authorised markets.
