About MujinRobot Depalletizer

Mujin’s depalletising system builds a three-dimensional model of each pallet and evaluates individual cases, wrapping, stack stability and possible robot paths before every pick. The controller handles unknown carton dimensions, mixed SKUs and irregular arrangements without requiring an engineer to teach a new programme for each incoming pallet pattern.

MujinOS coordinates perception, digital-twin planning and real-time robot control and can recover automatically from shifted cases, dropped items and unexpected pallet states. Completed cases are transferred to conveyors or downstream packaging and sortation systems, while a browser interface provides configuration, status and guided recovery tools for warehouse operators.
