About NEO

NEO is 1X’s bipedal humanoid robot for household assistance. It uses two arms and hands for chores, a voice interface for requests, a mobile app for scheduling and remote control, and Redwood AI for learning and repeating tasks. The robot can return to its charger without manual connection.

The current Early Access offer combines basic onboard autonomy with Expert Mode. For an unfamiliar chore, an authorised remote operator can supervise NEO at a scheduled time. The current service therefore mixes autonomous execution with remote human assistance.
