About Exyn Nexys
Exyn Nexys combines lidar, cameras, inertial sensing and onboard processing in a removable mapping module that can be carried by hand or mounted on a backpack, drone, ground robot, vehicle or pole. Its SLAM stack generates three-dimensional maps without GPS, pre-existing infrastructure or a continuous wireless connection.
Field processing provides real-time visualisation and colourised point clouds, with stated survey accuracy reaching approximately one centimetre under supported conditions. ExynView is used to inspect, align and export collected data, while optional autonomy lets aerial platforms navigate and avoid obstacles during capture. The same sensor package can therefore move between terrestrial and aerial workflows across mines, industrial facilities and construction sites.
