About RG2
RG2 provides an adjustable 110-millimetre stroke within a compact electric parallel-gripper body. It detects grip, lost grip and object width automatically and calculates tool centre point and payload information through integrated software, reducing the amount of application-specific robot code required.
Custom fingertips adapt the jaws to fragile, flat or irregular components, while depth compensation keeps the fingers parallel to a work surface. RG2 connects with a broad range of collaborative and industrial arms and can be mounted with a second OnRobot tool through the Dual Quick Changer for multi-step machine-tending or handling cycles.
