About OnRobot VGP30
VGP30 is a pneumatic vacuum gripper rated for loads up to 30 kilograms. It provides airflow up to 440 litres per minute and divides the suction surface into two independently controlled channels, allowing the tool to handle boxes, bags, porous materials and irregular objects with different cup arrangements.
Intelligent vacuum control adjusts suction and monitors whether the object remains secured, reducing unnecessary compressed-air consumption and allowing different zones to be activated within one programme. The 3.1-kilogram tool integrates with major robot brands through OnRobot’s interface and software environment and targets palletising, depalletising and general material handling.
