About OW-12
OW-12 combines a P-series autonomous mobile base with a vertical manipulator and handling interface for front-opening unified pods used in semiconductor fabrication. The robot moves pods between storage, process equipment and transfer stations while maintaining the clean, controlled handling required for wafers.
Surrounding lidar and elevated sensors support navigation and obstacle awareness around production equipment, while precision docking aligns the manipulator with each load port.
