About Polaris

Polaris is a portable electric fixed-wing aircraft that can be launched by hand and recovered without a runway. Its airframe is disassembled for backpack transport and assembled in the field by a small team. Electric propulsion provides a low acoustic signature during observation and communications missions.

The aircraft accepts electro-optical and infrared cameras, mapping equipment, communications relays and signals-intelligence payloads.
