About ScaleCam Series
ScaleCam is a family of synchronised stereo-camera systems that calculates depth by comparing imagery from two calibrated sensors. ScaleCam Vision operates in the visible spectrum, while ScaleCam Thermal produces depth and three-dimensional point clouds from paired thermal imagery. Both configurations provide per-pixel distance information for detection, tracking and free-space analysis.
Foresight’s software converts depth maps into high-resolution point clouds and supports automatic calibration as camera alignment changes during operation. The systems are intended for autonomous vehicles, industrial machines and robotic platforms requiring passive three-dimensional perception. Customers integrate the camera kits and processing software into their own sensor and compute architecture.
