About Symbotic System

Symbotic depalletizes inbound loads and stores individual cases within a dense three-dimensional structure. Robotic depalletising separates cases, high-speed SymBots move them through the storage system and outbound cells build store- or order-specific mixed-SKU pallets.

Software determines where each case is stored and sequences its retrieval around delivery and merchandising requirements. Machine vision, buffering and pallet-building algorithms coordinate the complete flow from inbound pallet to outbound load. Symbotic deploys the system as large, site-specific infrastructure for major retailers and wholesalers and supports operation through continuing software and service.
