About Data Collection SDK
Trossen Robotics' Data Collection SDK is an open-source C++ framework for recording synchronized robot-learning episodes from arms, cameras and mobile bases. It stores each episode in TrossenMCAP, capturing joint states, camera streams and mobile-base odometry from supported Trossen AI kits and sensors.
The conversion workflow aligns data at 30 hertz and exports LeRobot V2 datasets with Parquet, MP4 and metadata files. The SDK is data-collection infrastructure for training workflows; it does not supply a trained policy or autonomous behaviour.
