About Ultra Magnus

Ultra Magnus is a humanoid prototype jointly developed by APLUX and Ti5 Robot. APLUX contributes its fused operating architecture and edge-AI stack, Qualcomm’s QCS8550 supplies onboard compute, and Ti5 provides joint modules and motion-control algorithms.

The system runs language understanding, visual perception, planning and motion control on the robot for responsive interaction without depending entirely on cloud processing. After its CES 2025 debut, a prototype was tested in a public traffic-guidance scenario in Chengdu, demonstrating walking, signal recognition, gestures and spoken assistance.
