About PRM10 Series Linear Actuators

Xynova’s PRM10 micro-cylinder family integrates an internally developed hollow-cup motor with a seven-millimetre planetary roller screw. Current variants weigh approximately 34–38 grams, provide strokes of 19 or 24 millimetres and span maximum thrust from 75 to 200 newtons within bodies roughly ten millimetres wide.

Adaptive control algorithms regulate position and dynamic response, with stated repeatability between ±0.04 and ±0.05 millimetres. The wider linear-actuator programme extends from 60 to 8,000 newtons for different humanoid joints, supported by upper-level software and APIs for coordinating several modules. Xynova pairs the products with rotary actuators and its Flex dexterous hands.
