About ZTX260

ZTX260 is a heavy-lift tethered firefighting aircraft for high-rise fire suppression. It carries hose and fire-suppression equipment to high-rise operating positions, with published payload capacity of at least 120 kilograms, working height up to 150 metres and mixture flow approaching 480 litres per minute.

A high-voltage tether supplies continuous power while the ground vehicle carries pumps, extinguishing agent and control equipment. The aircraft supports compressed-air foam, window-breaking, reconnaissance and sustained discharge, with anti-jamming positioning, parachutes and automatic landing responses for propulsion, power or communications failures.
