About PL-Universe Robotics

ProWhite Robot 2.0 uses a wheeled mobile base, dual human-scale arms and interchangeable industrial end effectors. PL-Universe states arm repeatability of approximately ±0.05 mm, reach around 910 mm and payload above 7 kg per arm. A separable parent-and-child architecture lets the mobile body deliver an upper manipulation unit to a workstation for longer fixed-position operation.

The robot combines an industrial vision-language-action model with reusable process skills and can receive tasks from MES software. End effectors cover fastening, dispensing, soldering and micro-oiling, while the operating data feeds later model and process updates. PL-Universe states that ProWhite has entered mass production and customer delivery following field validation in assembly, inspection and machine-loading workflows.
