About LIMO PRO
LIMO PRO is a small programmable ground robot whose chassis can be configured for differential, Ackermann, tracked and omnidirectional movement. This gives researchers a common computer and sensor platform for comparing navigation behaviour across different mobility models. The vehicle carries onboard compute, lidar and vision hardware for mapping, localisation, obstacle avoidance and machine-learning experiments.
AgileX provides ROS and ROS 2 software, simulation resources and interfaces for adding sensors or manipulators. Students and developers can run standard navigation packages, collect physical-world data and test autonomy code before transferring it to larger platforms. LIMO PRO is sold as an assembled education and research system through AgileX and its distribution network.
