About Jackal
Jackal is a 17-kilogram four-wheel-drive research UGV with a 20-kilogram payload, maximum speed of two metres per second and runtime reaching four hours. Its aluminium chassis and IP62 enclosure support outdoor use from −20°C to 45°C.
An onboard computer, GPS and IMU run ROS 2 and connect with lidar, cameras, manipulators and additional compute through the mounting deck and internal power outputs. Clearpath offers navigation, vision, manipulation and wireless-charging packages for field autonomy and robotics research.
