About DexCap
DexCap is a wearable upper-body capture system that measures arm, wrist and hand movement through magnetic absolute encoders. Its articulated structure maps human demonstrations into robot-compatible joint trajectories with low latency and stable measurements during extended collection sessions.
The system supports bimanual manipulation datasets, teleoperation and robot-policy training.
