About DINERBOT T11

DINERBOT T11 is designed for restaurant and retail layouts where a wider service robot cannot pass. Its 463 × 384 mm footprint supports movement through passages as narrow as 49 cm, while five stereo-vision sensors and visual-SLAM positioning provide surrounding perception. Two carrying levels support a combined 20 kg and the robot operates for up to approximately 13.5 hours.

Staff load food, dishes or products and assign delivery points through the interface. The robot travels at up to 1 m/s, avoids customers and employees and announces arrival before continuing to another stop. An 18.5-inch display adds mobile advertising and promotional content, allowing T11 to combine transport with customer-facing communication in restaurants, cafés and compact retail environments.
