About Fourier N1
Fourier N1 is an open-source humanoid platform intended for developers who need access to the robot’s mechanical and software layers. It provides a bipedal body for locomotion, manipulation and learning research while lowering the barrier to modifying control code and hardware interfaces.
Fourier launched N1 in 2025 alongside the open Fourier ActionNet dataset. The product complements the production GR series: N1 emphasises reproducibility and community development, while Fourier’s broader organisation supplies engineering, support and an established international rehabilitation-robotics network.
