About ERG-HP Series

ERG-HP combines a precision parallel jaw with an independently controlled rotary axis. The two EtherCAT models provide either 16 or 20 millimetres of jaw stroke, 8–23 newtons of force per finger and continuous bidirectional rotation, with zero-backlash positioning and published rotary repeatability suited to fine alignment.

Grip and rotation commands can be coordinated in one motion sequence, allowing a part to be picked, oriented, inserted or inspected without adding a separate wrist actuator. Integrated drive electronics reduce cabling and mechanical stack height, while EtherCAT supports synchronised control with the wider machine. The family targets electronics, laboratory systems, precision assembly and measurement cells where both jaw position and angular orientation must be programmable and repeatable.
