About OAK-D Pro AI Stereo Camera

OAK-D Pro uses a colour camera and two monochrome global-shutter sensors to produce aligned RGB and stereo-depth streams. An infrared projector adds texture to plain surfaces, while integrated illumination supports operation in low ambient light. The onboard vision processor calculates depth, runs neural networks and performs image-processing tasks before sending selected data to the host computer through USB.

Developers configure processing graphs through the DepthAI API, combining object detection, tracking, spatial coordinates and custom models on the device. The camera can be mounted on robot arms, mobile platforms, kiosks and inspection equipment where reducing host compute load or USB bandwidth is useful. Luxonis sells OAK-D Pro as a development and deployment camera with open software, examples and accessories.
