About RG6
RG6 extends OnRobot’s adaptive parallel-gripper architecture to a 150-millimetre adjustable stroke and larger workpieces. Integrated sensors identify object width, grip state and lost parts, while programmable force allows the same tool to handle robust components and more delicate products.
Automatic tool-centre-point, payload and depth-compensation functions simplify commissioning across supported robot brands. Custom fingertips adapt the jaws to specific geometries, and the built-in Quick Changer supports rapid end-effector installation. With the Dual Quick Changer, RG6 can operate alongside a second gripper or process tool within one robot cycle.
