About PackBot 525
PackBot 525 is a man-portable tracked robot that deploys in under two minutes and climbs stairs, rubble and narrow passages. Its manipulator lifts up to 20 kilograms for EOD, inspection, HazMat and route-clearance tasks.
HD cameras, improved illumination and a laser rangefinder provide remote observation and target distance. Digital accessory ports accept disruptors, sensors and mission equipment. The uPoint tablet controller and MPU5 Wave Relay network connect robots, operators and observers during operations inside complex structures.
