About RH5DG2

RH5DG2 is a five-finger anthropomorphic hand with 13 actively controlled degrees of freedom distributed across 18 joints. Its additional thumb and finger articulation supports pinching, enveloping grasps and multi-finger postures that require more independent control than Inspire Robots’ lower-DoF hand families.

Model variants provide tactile sensing and industrial communications including EtherCAT, RS-485 and CAN FD. Position and force regulation can be integrated into humanoid, teleoperation and manipulation controllers, while the thumb supplies force in the 20-newton class for opposed grasps. The hand is delivered as an end-effector module for integration with developer-built robot-control systems.
