About Aerones
Aerones suspends remotely controlled robotic tools from a tower-mounted or crane-supported rig so they can travel along the blade or tower surface. Different modules perform lightning-protection inspection, washing, drainage-hole cleaning, leading-edge repair, coating and other maintenance processes.
The company sells the work as a field service rather than requiring wind-farm operators to purchase and operate each robot.
