About Scout Mini
Scout Mini is a compact four-wheel mobile base available with conventional wheels for skid-steer driving or mecanum wheels for omnidirectional movement. Independent suspension keeps the wheels in contact with uneven surfaces, while the low chassis provides a mounting area for sensors, compute and small manipulators. The platform is sized for laboratories, classrooms and light indoor deployments.
CAN communication and AgileX development interfaces allow users to connect the base to ROS, autonomous-navigation software and custom controllers. Standard mounting points support lidar, cameras and application hardware. Scout Mini is sold as a configurable UGV for education, perception research, mobile manipulation and prototype service robots.
