Cobot Painter packages a FANUC CRX-10iA/L Paint collaborative robot, Hirebotics' Beacon software and a portable stand for flexible coating work. Operators use the Smart Puck and a phone or tablet to teach paths and adjust spray speed, pattern and coverage without conventional robot programming. The arm provides 1,418 mm reach for large or awkward parts.
The system supports powder coating, liquid paint and fiberglass processes. Standard equipment can include a Nordson Encore powder system or Graco liquid-spray hardware, allowing deployment inside an existing spray environment without a permanent dedicated automation cell. The paint cobot carries explosion-protection certifications for regulated spray applications.
