About IRB 1200 Next Generation
The second-generation IRB 1200 family uses a lighter arm structure and OmniCore control to combine high-speed movement with precise path following. The four variants trade reach against payload, while published performance includes pose repeatability down to 0.011 millimetres and path repeatability to 0.03 millimetres.
Internal routing provides up to 24 power and signal connections for end effectors and sensors, alongside a larger air line for vacuum tooling. Customers can pair the arm with four OmniCore controller sizes and synchronise positioners or other external axes. The family targets electronics assembly, dispensing, polishing, plastics handling and compact logistics cells.
