About Unitree Dex5-1
Unitree Dex5-1 is a five-finger dexterous hand for humanoid development and manipulation research. It provides 20 total degrees of freedom through 16 active and four coupled joints, weighs 1.1 kilograms and uses USB 2.0 communication with control rates up to 1,000 hertz.
The published configuration lists 10-newton fingertip force and 3.5- or 4.5-kilogram load ratings for different configurations. Dex5-1 does not include the tactile-sensor array offered on the Dex5-1P variant.
