ARGUS and Ouster announced a strategic agreement for ARGUS to equip A1-Falke net-based interceptors with Ouster digital lidar.

The agreement makes Ouster digital lidar a named perception input on A1-Falke and creates a clean component-to-counter-UAS supply signal.

  • Ouster will supply digital lidar for direct integration into the interceptor’s near-range capture process.
  • A1-Falke combines radar, lidar and depth cameras with two integrated net launchers for controlled capture and recovery.
  • The partners plan to explore Rev8 native-colour sensing and longer-range detection for higher-speed applications.

ARGUS Interception develops A1-Falke, a German-made net-based counter-UAS interceptor drone system for controlled capture and recovery of uncooperative drones. The company serves armed forces, authorities and critical-infrastructure operators that need non-kinetic drone defeat in sensitive airspace.
