Quantum Systems closed a $1.2 billion Series D at an approximately $8 billion post-money valuation to scale production, supply-chain resilience, software and AI across its air, land and sea autonomous-systems stack.

  • Blackstone, Noteus, Airbus and Advent co-led the round, with BOND, Fidelity, Wellington, A.P. Moller Holding and Elephant Lake Ventures among the participants.
  • The financing supports production expansion, supply-chain resilience and delivery across allied markets.
