TERN develops signal-independent positioning software that derives location from existing vehicle sensors, maps and onboard AI. Its architecture is designed to keep vehicles and navigation applications operating through GPS outages, jamming and urban signal loss. The company has tested IDPS with the U.S. Department of Transportation and live vehicle fleets, raised a $4.4 million seed round, and joined NATO DIANA's 2026 programme.
