Project Q and HAT.tec sign multi-domain defence integration MoU
Project Q and HAT.tec signed a memorandum of understanding to integrate Project Q’s HYDRIS orchestration layer with HAT.tec’s SCALE mission-management platform across land, air and maritime operations.
Evidence notes

- HYDRIS and SCALE had already demonstrated technical and operational fit in existing projects.
- The companies framed the MoU as a foundation for long-term joint innovation and coordinated market engagement.
Company context
Project Q develops open-core defence integration software that connects military sensors, unmanned systems, vehicles, personnel and command applications. Its HYDRIS middleware provides a vendor-neutral orchestration layer for fusing data and configuring multi-domain mission environments.
