Walden Robotics raised $300 million in seed funding co-led by Toyota and Deviation Capital to scale its full-stack Physical AI robots for manufacturing and logistics, concurrent with its public launch from stealth.

  • Toyota Motor Corporation, Toyota Invention Partners, Toyota Ventures and Deviation Capital co-led the round.
  • NVIDIA, Boeing, AE Ventures, Samsung Ventures, Prologis Ventures, CoreWeave Ventures and financial investors also participated.
  • Walden spun out of Toyota Research Institute in January 2026 and says its robots have performed production work at a Toyota North American plant since February.
  • The company combines its own robot hardware and application layer with Large Behavior Models for learning tasks through real-world practice.
