Donecle raised EUR10 million to expand its drone-based automated aircraft inspection business.

  • IRDI Capital Investissement and SWEN Capital Partners jointly led the round, with participation from GSO Innovation and ARIS Occitanie.
  • Donecle said the financing would accelerate international expansion in Europe and the United States, team growth, AI investment and strategic partnerships.

Donecle develops autonomous drones and image-analysis software for aircraft inspection. Founded in Toulouse in 2015, its Iris family performs repeatable general visual inspections indoors or outdoors without GPS or a pilot, then produces digital defect reports and aircraft histories. Iris GVI is listed in Boeing and Airbus maintenance manuals, and the company raised €10 million in April 2026 to expand internationally.
