Neya and ARA showcase autonomous breaching system at XPONENTIAL
Neya Systems and ARA announced a XPONENTIAL showcase of collaborative autonomous breaching capability spanning air and ground robotic platforms.
Evidence notes
- The showcase combined Neya's MPMS and N-Drive autonomy with partner UAS and UGV platforms for breaching lane clearance.
- Named collaborators included American Rheinmetall, AM General, Persistent Systems and Swarmbotics AI.
- This is classified as a demonstration/showcase, not an operational deployment.
Company context
Neya Systems develops modular off-road autonomy, mission planning, perception, simulation and cybersecurity software for defence and commercial ground vehicles. Founded in 2009 and acquired by Applied Research Associates in 2017, the Pennsylvania company has fielded autonomy through US military programmes including CoVeR, GEARS and Ground Vehicle Autonomous Pathways. Its N-Drive stack retrofits existing vehicles for uncrewed operation.
