Aaronia unveils sub-5kg AARTOS Hawk T1 airborne RF-geolocation payload
Aaronia introduced the AARTOS Hawk T1 at Eurosatory 2026, extending its counter-UAS stack into a lightweight airborne payload for passive detection and geolocation of RF emitters.

Company context
Aaronia is a German RF measurement, direction-finding and counter-drone technology company founded in 2003. It develops spectrum analysers, antennas and the AARTOS passive drone-detection system, with design, manufacturing, testing and calibration performed in Germany. The company says more than 600 AARTOS systems were operating worldwide by the end of 2024.
