Scantinel Photonics extends Series A with €10M for FMCW LiDAR commercialisation
Scantinel Photonics raised €10 million in an extended Series A to commercialise its photonic-chip FMCW LiDAR technology for autonomous vehicles and industrial systems.

Scantinel Photonics develops frequency-modulated continuous-wave LiDAR for autonomous vehicles and robotic perception. Founded in Ulm in 2019 as a ZEISS spinout, the company integrates coherent ranging, direct velocity measurement and photonic beam steering into compact semiconductor-based sensors.
