Emergent Vision launches Eros 10GigE camera series
Emergent Vision Technologies introduced the Eros line of compact, low-power 10GigE machine-vision cameras with copper and fibre interface options.
Evidence notes
- The 29 by 29 millimetre camera platform was specified at 4.8 watts over 10GBaseT with Power over Ethernet and 3 watts over SFP+ fibre.
- Eros models were planned with visible, short-wave infrared, polarized and ultraviolet sensors ranging from 0.5 to 24.47 megapixels.
- The cameras supported zero-copy imaging and GPUDirect, while the BaseT interface could negotiate down to 5GigE, 2.5GigE or 1GigE.
