Feb 18, 2021 · Product Launch · RadSee · Perception

RadSee introduced a 4D imaging-radar product designed to reduce the cost of high-resolution sensing for autonomous-driving and ADAS applications.

  • The radar combines long-range detection, broad field of view and high angular resolution for autonomous-driving perception.
  • RadSee designed the system around off-the-shelf radar chips and signal processors to simplify integration and certification.
  • The announcement also disclosed a US$3 million seed investment by RADA Electronic Industries for a 12 percent stake.

RadSee Technologies develops 4D imaging radar for automotive and autonomous-system perception. Based in Netanya, the company combines off-the-shelf 77 GHz radar chips with proprietary imaging algorithms, a patented antenna and its own system architecture. Its design targets long range, broad field of view and high angular resolution while remaining flexible for integration and automotive-grade certification.
