Heart Aerospace raised $107 million in Series B funding to advance ES-30 certification, hybrid-electric powertrain development and business build-out.

  • Heart Aerospace said the $107 million Series B brought total financing raised since inception to $145 million.
  • Investors included Air Canada, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, EIC Fund, EQT Ventures, Lowercarbon, Norrsken, United Airlines and Y Combinator.
  • The company said the ES-30 had 250 orders, options and purchase rights for 120 additional aircraft, and letters of intent for 191 more.

Heart Aerospace develops hybrid-electric regional aircraft and propulsion systems for short-haul aviation.
