Nanoveu signs binding agreement to acquire Spinoff Robotics
Nanoveu entered a binding agreement to acquire 100% of Spinoff Robotics, proposing to add its ALICE and METRON platforms and aerial-robotics engineering team to Nanoveu's drone stack.
