CaoCao and Dazhong Transportation signed a staged cooperation agreement for Robotaxi operations in Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta.

CaoCao Mobility is a Geely-backed, Hong Kong-listed mobility operator spanning ride-hailing, robotaxi and autonomous freight services. Founded in Hangzhou in 2015, it integrates purpose-built vehicles, dispatch software, fleet operations and new-energy infrastructure. Its RoboX strategy extends this stack into Robovan logistics through vehicle sales, leasing and recurring robotics-as-a-service capacity.
